1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the UrbanITsa Solution website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
UrbanITsa Solution provides IT infrastructure, networking, WiFi setup, and managed support services. Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may apply to ongoing support contracts.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, UrbanITsa Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware failure, data loss, or network downtime, provided that standard industry practices were followed.
4. Data Backup Responsibility
For clients not subscribed to our Managed Data Backup services, the responsibility for maintaining current backups of all data remains with the client.
5. Professional Use
Our networking and web development solutions are built to international standards. Unauthorized modification of equipment or code provided by UrbanITsa Solution may void any warranties provided.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Cape Town.
